We supported Bethlem Art Gallery to exhibit at Novas, an art gallery in central London specialising in exhibitions about marginalised members of society. It was the first contemporary exhibition to be mounted by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) at a public gallery. Its aim was to increase public awareness of the artistic creativity of people using mental health services.

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust provides the widest range of NHS mental health services in the UK. We also provide substance misuse services for people who are addicted to drugs and / or alcohol. Our services include the Maudsley Hospital and Bethlem Royal Hospital. We work closely with the Institute of Psychiatry, King's College London. We are part of King's Health Partners Academic Health Sciences Centre.
